How do I join The GentleDog Club?

Joining starts with a simple enquiry so we can learn a little about you and your dog. From there, we'll arrange a meet & greet, followed by a trial day to make sure your dog feels happy and comfortable with us. Once everyone's happy, we'll get their membership set up and welcome them to the Club.

Do you offer trial days?

Yes. Every new dog completes a trial day before joining the Club. It gives us time to get to know their personality, confidence and preferences, introduce them carefully to the group and make sure The GentleDog Club is the right fit for them.

Question 3

How many days a week can my dog attend?

Accepted Answer

Our memberships are available for 1 to 5 regular days per week, subject to availability. We'll help you choose a routine that works for both you and your dog.

Question 4

Do you accept puppies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once they're fully vaccinated and ready for daycare. We consider every puppy individually, taking their age, confidence and development into account before deciding whether they're ready to join the Club.

Question 5

Does my dog need to be neutered?

Accepted Answer

Male dogs do not necessarily need to be neutered. We consider intact males individually during our onboarding process, taking their temperament and behaviour around other dogs into account. For the safety and comfort of the group, we're unable to accept unneutered female dogs.

Question 6

What vaccinations do you require?

Accepted Answer

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their vaccinations before attending. We'll ask for a copy of your dog's vaccination record as part of their onboarding process.
