Jack and Rosie are simply the best! We’ve used a lot of the big-name doggy day care in London that have been good, but the way Jack and Rosie care for our dog and appreciate his quirks is next level. Our dog Wrigley is a rescue and wonderful but can be shy and slow to warm up; they were patient and caring, and now I wonder if Wrigs is more excited to see them than us ;)! The way they consider what each dog needs and find ways to enrich them is amazing. Our dog comes home happier and more tired after a day exploring. I’m half tempted not to write this just because Jack and Rosie are our secret weapon, but they’re just too good to keep to ourselves. Don’t hesitate to trust them with their pup! You’ll have a tired, happy doggie every time!

We could not be more grateful for Jack, Rosie, and The GentleDog Club! Jack has been caring for our two-year-old German Pointer, Rimsky, since he was just a puppy, and the bond they have is so special. Rimsky absolutely adores him — he waits excitedly by the door every time he knows Jack is coming to pick him up! This is truly the only daycare we completely trust with our dog, and we cannot recommend The GentleDog Club highly enough to fellow dog parents. Knowing Rimsky is there gives us total peace of mind. It’s clear how much love, care, and attention every dog receives, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found them.

Jack and Rosie are the best, our wee dug LOVES going to the GentleDog Club and it’s awesome knowing he has such a rich experience and is being cared for properly. Being part of a pack and the combination of being out exploring in the woods on walks in the mornings with more controlled play and rest in the afternoons means Rog has the best time, both fun and stimulating for him, and we’ve seen a marked improvement in his interactions with other dogs. And he’s got a proper gang of friends! So happy to have Rog with the GentleDog Club, and would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a caring, fun environment for their dog! Thank you Rosie & Jack.

Tiggy has known Jack for a number of years and absolutely adores him. We love that he takes Tiggy on ‘real walks’ with her little pack of pals, while also resting the dogs during the day. He is the epitome of both fun and gentle dog care. Highly recommend

Jack has been looking after my dog for some time now. My dog loves it when he comes to pick him up! I have quite a big dog but he gets scared easily and doesn't like strangers. He feels safe with Jack and I fully trust that he knows how to handle my dog. Jack is also very flexible and has helped out on many occasions!
